Take if from someone who's been on almost every anxiety/AD/mood stabilizer out there! It's just your body adjusting to it. Once it gets in your system and you get accustomed to it, you should be feeling better. When I started taking the one I'm currently on, I felt like I had the flu for about a week. It was horrible! The doctor encouraged me to stick with it---and after that initial period, I was feeling fine. Hang in there! It takes a full several months before most of these AD's work. Give it TIME.
