Hey guys,
I don't know if this would fit better in the veggie department, but I'll leave it here.
I want to know if there are any bad ingredients that vegan protein powders usually have. Recently I finally bought my first Vegan protein powder of Women's Best Women's Best Vegan Protein
Ingredients: Plant Based Protein Blend (Pea Protein Isolate, Rice Protein Concentrate, Hemp Protein, Natural Flavor, Sea Salt, Sucralose & Stevia (Sweetener)).
Nutritional value per 100g:
Energy: 1475kJ / 348kcal
Fat: 4.1g - of which are saturated fats: 0.6g
Carbohydrates: 4.8g - of which is Sugar: 0.3g
Protein: 70.8g
Salt: 3.3g
*Nutritional values can vary depending on flavor.
Is this bad to use? I could maybe imagine the sucralose? They even used stevia as a natural sweetener! Stevia I also used at home in my tea etc, it's awesome.
Does anybody else have Vegan protein options? I live in the Netherlands and I was already lucky to order from this site So keep in mind that a lot of good stuff is found in the US and does not ship to us here, mehhh
Have a nice day!!
