stress management - need ideas

IBS symptoms are really bugging me today...I have something stressful happening tomorrow, which is probably triggering me. I do things to manage my stress overall including yoga, belly breathing, regular cardio exercise, occasionally meditation, and hypnosis.

My question is, what do you all try when you know stress is triggering an attack right now? Are there specific things I can do to help me cope with this stressful situation help me get through it with minimal tummy trouble?
