What Erin said about the Acacia fiber is definitely true. Keep up with the Acacia fiber to help those bowels.
Also, if you can, try adding some insoluble fiber to each meal. This really helps my constipation. If I don't eat IF with every meal, it is a lot harder to have a BM. Usually, a cup of berries with my oatmeal + acacia fiber in the morning does the trick, and I eat a different kind of fruit or veggie with each meal to add more IF. If all you eat is SF, you will be stopped up like a highway during rush hour.
