I'm so sorry you are having such a rough time!
Yes, I agree with you the bloating is HORRIBLE. I've dealt with IBS since I was 12 and for years it was all "D" - constantly. I "thought" that was as bad as it can get and it is indeed bad - unlike you, that's what I was going through on my honeymoon and was so shy, I just didn't eat anything!
The past few years it has become more "C", in fact almost totally "C" - I only have "D" if it's a "bug" or I am super stressed.
Don't give up - people on here are very friendly and eager to help and you will find there's not much "someone" hasn't gone through.
Let people know 1)your diet - what do you eat and when?, 2)do you take any supplements or meds for your "C" or bloating now?
I bloat almost every time I eat, but a lot of mine, I know is due to portion control - I don't eat until I'm starving- which is ridiculous and know you should eat small meals throughout the day and certain food allergies or intollerances - wheat makes me bloat...etc.
You will find people recommend certain yoga positions to help relieve the bloating...fennel tea and other remedies.
So, hang in there and keep searching on here - I don't have the exact answer, but there are many recommendations on here.
