Hi everybody,
my name is mikael, i'm a 31 years old french , who has just discovered after years of problems that i have an IBS...
after all the clinical exams, blood test and other fun stuff, one doctor knowing my high state of daily stress explain me that i've got a fonctional colopathy also known as IBS...
yeah! i'm happy to put a name on the enemy i'm going to fight my all life... I'm trying to shed ome weight and i've already loose 25 kilos thanks to a high proteine diet but i remark my crises happen more reguraly right now and i have to rethink totally my diet approach...
I'm open to any idea of diet program easy to cook, with nice protein amount and no trigger aliment...i can also share my little experience: first of all, stress is the biggest trigger for me. i'm police officer so i have to endure lot of stressfull situation... then i have discover than insoluble fiber and fat really destroy me... wish i have discover this site before!
But once again hello everybody my fighting IBS buddies...
Let's kick the ass of this [censored] (litteraly) 
the high soluble fiber diet seems to be a nice approach for me: my colopathy is special, it's a mix of constipation and diaerra... so not enough fibre=constipation and too much fiber=gas and diarrea! great isn't it...
that's it you now everything about me, except i'm also planning to fight this [censored] with relaxation and psychological approach...
