I seem to always feel hungry. i always have some kind of stomach pain and eating seems to help. especially after a bowel movement my stomach feels so empty so i have to eat. I dont know its strange but I know I never used to feel the need to eat as much and as often, before I had IBS. And of course my mind wasnt constantly centred on my belly!
