Gym: 8 mins stretching of legs, 20 mins on treadmill, 6 mins in the weight room working on abs, THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), THEN "Maximum Sculpt" class (full body weight class, includes abs & stretching at the end) , THEN 35 mins on the treadmill worked out 3 hour + 9 mins, burned 1044 calories at 55% fat.
