Gym: 12 mins stretching of legs, then 10 min on the elliptical, then 30 mins on the treadmill, then "Maximum Sculp" class (weights, included abs & stretching at the end) THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included weights, abs & stretching at the end) worked out 2 hour + 56 mins, burned 1071 calories at 55% fat.
