Gym: 6 mins stretching of legs, 50 mins in the weight room working on back, butt, arms, chest, and LOTS of abs, THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), worked out 1 hour + 56 mins, burned 757 calories at 45% fat.
