Gym: 8 mins stretching of legs, 10 mins on one of the new stationary bikes, 45 mins in the weight room working on back, butt, triceps, and LOTS of abs, THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), THEN "Maximum Sculpt" class (full body weight class, includes abs & stretching at the end) worked out 3 hour + 3 mins, burned 1220 calories at 50% fat.
