Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, then "Kick It" class (kickboxing, also included abs & stretching at the end), worked out 1 hour + 4 mins, burned 494 calories at 45% fat. *the whole class was 1 hour and 15 mins, but left before the class was over I did not stay for the weight lifting part.... it was all I could do to finish the kickboxing part...( TOM )... my legs felt like three times as heavy, it was hard to do some of the side kicks. Or maybe it was the fact that it was the 8th day in a row of the gym...LOL
