Gym: 12 mins stretching of legs, 28 mins in the weight room working on back, butt, and LOTS of abs, THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), THEN "Maximum Sculpt" class (full body weight class, includes abs & stretching at the end) worked out 2 hour + 40 mins , burned 952 calories at 50% fat.
