Gym: 9 mins stretching of legs, then "Maximum Sculp" class (weights, included abs & stretching at the end) THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included weights, abs & stretching at the end) worked out 2 hour + 9 mins , burned 769 calories at 50% fat.
