Gym: 5 mins stretching of legs, 13 mins weight room working on arms & abs then "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included weights, abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour + 18 mins, burned 611 calories at 37% fat.

I also used my new gloves for the first time.... they are freaken great!! Made my workout more intense!! LOVE IT!!
