The reason why I want to post on here is basically to keep my motivation up for working out and eating right. I used to be fairly active, but since having mono in March of last year I've really struggled. My IBS got worse, energy went WAY down and stayed that way for a long time. I recently got rid of all my IBS symptoms by changing my diet again. But, I'm still struggling with my energy, sleeping an average of 10 hours a night and still napping in the afternoons sometimes. I'll be getting my thyroid checked next week along with iron and B vitamin levels to see if there's any reason for my fatigue (since I know it's not just tummy troubles causing the problems). If not I guess it's just the mono sticking around, in which case 'sweating it out' is a good option. I tend to do my workouts at home with lots of layers of clothing.
