Got myself together today. Oddly, realizing my offness of the last day or so might've been hormonal made me feel better. Like, this badness will pass. Also spend tonight cooking up lots of veggies I bought at the farmers market on Saturday. So now I've got good food for the next couple of days (cauliflower, and a zucchini/mushroom/tofu stir-fry). And it is amazing how at-peace chopping and cooking vegetables makes me feel. Freak, I know, but there's something about dismantling a giant head of califlower... Anyway.

5 small dried apricots (these are the organic ones from Whole Foods, not the usual bright orange thing - they're *delicious*)
1 egg + 1/2 c egg whites
1/2 c spinach
UFO

1 pear
2 T natural peanut butter
1 c unsweetened soy milk

1/2 c lactaid cottage cheese

UFO beverage w/ about 1/3 c soy milk

lotsa red pepper strips, a couple of strawberries, a couple of bite of cheese (After-reading party at work - my plan was veggies-only, but I was hungry and wanted something a little more substantial in my stomach. Proud that I avoided the wine and bread. Wine doesn't bother my IBS, but it does mess with my self-control about food.)

ranch soy crisps

tofu, mushroom, zucchini stir-fry in teriyaki/black bean sauce

Gym: 40 minutes weights, 20 minutes stretching (I hadn't been in a week, and it felt so good to go back. I pushed myself pretty well.)

1243 calories, 89g protein, 35% calories from fat.

Looking forward to the next couple days with spicy cauliflower and more of the stir-fry.
