I know I don't post much, but I do check in every now and again to see how you're doing and it seems like you are doing just great! How are you feeling these days? Any troubles after your procedure? (Obviously not now 'cause you are exercising all over the freakin' place! )
Anyway, I was really sorry to not have made it down to Seattle in the past couple of months. I really wanted to make the trip but had one stressful even after the next all summer and tummy would just not cooperate. I miss you, hope we can catch up a little more often!

I'm doing REALLY well.... I can't believe how much better I feel.... I guess anyone would feel a difference with 44 pounds GONE!!
