Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, 18 mins triceps & abs, then I took "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), then I took it easy for 45mins in the lobby, reading my magazine and then I took another class called ..."Casbah" BELLYDANCE (see below) it is a 7 week thing and this was the 2nd week.... worked out 2 hour + 28 mins, burned 855 calories at 50% fat.

I'M BEAT!!! I'm glad there is only 5 more weeks.... cuz this sure takes a lot out of me getting home from the gym so late after spending 3 hours there...UUUgggg.... But I'm GONNA DO IT!!
