For Shell or anyone else who works out regularly

Hi,

I workout pretty regularly, and the other day when I was at the gym I found myself wondering how to figure out how many calories I burn when I lift weights. I can figure it out when I'm on the cardio machines because the machines convert that but I have no idea in regards to lifting. Also, how do you figure out how much of the calores burned are fat calories? Is there any sort of chart or database online? Sorry for all the questions, but I just wanted to get an idea of the results I might be getting from my exercise. Thanks!!
