Hi there,
I'm new here- started Heather's diet -with help from her recipe book a few weeks ago. Have felt better (as in the really bad attacks have been kept at bay) but still struggling with bouts of pain, acid reflux, and 'bubbling' tum! I admit I've not been 100% loyal to it- the odd few glasses of wine and coffee (mm!) have passed my lips. I've only just started taking the acacia (up to about 2 dessert spoons a day) can anyone suggest what else I can do to help my tum settle?
