Dont eat a few hours b4 you go running(at least 3) try run on pretty much an empty stomach. If you do need something b4 you go running eat a banana but running on an empty stomach is ideal because it burns more fat and you wont get cramps. Try not take any pills b4 you go running aswell. If running outside on the normal ground causes you to get diarhea you could try running on a treadmill. Dont run on the treadmill on the flat because its too easy and it does nothing for your fitness. Incline the treadmill at least 5%. A good one that I do is incline the treadmill at 10%(this might be a bit hard for you if youre not used to it)and crank the speed up to 10.5km/hr.(after a 5 minute warm up period of course). Keep that 10.5km/hr for 1 minute then turn the speed up to 11.5 and hold that for 1 minute. Then 12.5 for 1min then 13.5 for 1 min and finally 14.5 for 1 min. Then bring your speed right back down for 2 minutes of rest and do it all over again. This is interval training nd its very very good for your fitness. The training i described above would only take abut 20mins in total but is far more effective at burning fat and improving fitness than jogging around the park for hours. Plus using a treadmill is easier on your stomach. Cycling is also good. If you live near any mountains you could head up them on your bike. Cycling up hills is pretty tough and so very good for fitness, but it is also super easy on your stomach. Hope that helps
