I really wanted to say How's your butt? but I thought it was a bit risque for a subject line. I have lost so much butt that Jeans I purchased 2 months ago (were snug when bought) are now falling off me. Holy, try some Karate, girl. Wait - you do kickboxing, right? Keep it up! Plus, I think my legs are looking more toned, and maybe a bit of fat loss in the waist area. I am now back down to the size I was 2 summers ago. Got a way to go, but I'm still kickin!!!!! They were teasing me that I'm always smiling when I'm sparring....
So, anyone else reading this - martial arts are awesome! Try one today! Great workout!
