Thanks for the encouragement. I had previously been ok with my body in that I was muscled and in shape but chubby on top. But lately I feel very fat and out of shape. I have lost some of the headway I had made. I'm just so confused about T Tapp and whether I will actually see results, how much exercise I should do and whether I should take it more easy so my body will respond, and what to eat and how often and how much. I have to eat so often that my stomach seems to have turned into a monster. If I don't eat for 3 hours my gut hurts and so it is used to it and groans when I am not feeding it. Yes I guess I have lost my self confidence in at least being in shape with a few extra pounds to now being pretty white and gross. I am going to start tanning and that definitely will look better. I also got my dry body brush today to help with cellulite. Then again when I am bloated I look so big- even my butt looks bigger! It is just hard when you are always trying to lose weight but you end up gaining instead! I was 126 in summer of 05. Then 135 last winter. Then 139 in December. I got down to 136.5 in January somehow and now I am 141 or so and less defined than before. I hear so many conflicting things that I feel like I have little birdies flying around my head .

Does anyone use protein powder in the morning?
