suggestions on weight loss

I have just had it with my chubby body!!! I have been trying too long without results. So what do any of you recommend: weight watchers? pills or natural remedies? other diets? I am always attempting to eat less calories but I never seem to succeed. It is hard to really eliminate all my carby and sugary foods. Also cold food that needs chewing is out now because of my teeth. As much as I'd like to have salads and deli turkey I can't. I just want this weight off fast. The exercise I am doing isn't bringing weight loss yet but it is promised that it will in time. I was exercising too hard and flared up my hip injury and had to cut back, so I do the workouts slower and harder but just 30 minutes and take out the ouchy hip movements. I do 5 workouts per week now a days. I have at least 15 pounds to lose up to 20. Luckily I still fit in almost all my clothes but my butt, thighs and belly are disgusting me!

My usual diet goes like this:
oatmeal or rice for breakfast with soy milk and stevia and usually raisins or other fruit
cereal bar or luna bar and a banana and another fruit for morning snacks (I am very hungry in the morning)
for lunch it depends: usually leftovers or soup or PB&J or sweet potato with S.B.L.
pineapple for second snack (1/4 of one whole) and another banana usually
dinner: some rice usually or another carb like pasta, bread or potato, 1/2 plate of vegetables and the rest protein usually with a sauce, or it might be something like spaghetti and I generally eat a whole plate
couple pieces of chocolate
then later on I have to take my fiber, but instead of just having it in tea and eating nothing I get real snacky and I will have 2 small bowls of cereal most of the time.
Estimated calories is 2000 I suppose.
I try to drink 80 oz of water/tea a day but I suppose it is down to 60.

Please tell me what I should do. Help! summer is coming!

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
