Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Another detox try, Boob Surgery, etc

Hi Everyone,

So I have had a lot of drama in my life the past couple of months and I think things are slowly starting to calm down.. but not for long because on the 21rst we leave for a trip to England/Spain.
Anywho, I spoke to my surgeons office to check up on my breast reduction as I have been on the waiting list for over a year and a half now. They said they'd get me in on the 28th of THIS MONTH if I want!

I will be away, then but it looks like I'll be able to get in pretty soon -- which means I NEED to get my butt in gear and get some fat off before surgery.
A while back I tried to do a 7 day sugar detox just to get a jump start on my diet and try to adjust to eating less refined sugar, but then all the drama happened and I fell off the wagon big time. So I am going to start again with that on Sunday because I need to do some shopping and stuff. The goals are:

1 - Avoid refined sugar
2 - Drink only water and herbal, non-caffienated tea
3 - Eat at least 5 times per day
4 - Do not eat 2 hours before bedtime

From today until Sunday I will be trying to make better food choices overall without worrying about the detox part.
I also ordered this the other day: Yoga Booty Ballet DVD because it looks like fun and I want a new DVD work out as I am bored with the ones I have now.
I'll try to start reporting in when I can!
