Yeah I did actually manage to gain 2 pounds, but lost it.. Now I think I'll just go back to eating healthy and happy (ie: not feeling like I have to force myself to eat every minute of the day).

I did check out the new guide, and the one area I have a hard time is veggies/fruit. I need to work on that one hehe. Most days I'm good for meat, dairy and grains. I usually have meat/protein 3 times a day, and a regular serving size each time. For dairy, I have a soy yogurt with breakfast, and a large glass of fortified almond or soy milk. Fats and veggies are low though.

Thanks for the help! I always like getting people's ideas..
