My update is I have been going to the gym twice a week with my husband for the past few weeks (weeknights). This weekend I went both Sat and Sun too. I'm going to try to continue going on the weekends. I don't have a specific weight loss goal but am IBS C and exercise really seems to help in that area. And we are going to Hawaii in late spring, and I'd definitely love to be more toned up for that. -------------------- Jen Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
