Hi there (again),
So I spoke to my nutritionist yesterday and at the end of my appoinment, I mentioned the predicament you are in and she said she'd be glad to send you some information and possibly set up some nutritional counselling if you are interested. She said that if you have EAP coverage through work, you could get several sessions covered OR if that isn't an option, she said she'd be willing to do a "freebie" consultation with you and send you the information she has on IBS, healthy weight gain, and some sports nutrition (as I mentioned you regularly exercise).
