Hi Lynn..... I understand your frustration!! I myself was about your weight at the age of 30.... my highest being 340! So please know that you can still follow Heather "guideline" and loose weight.... but the #1 thing is going to be exercise.... you have to do it!! Who cares what the others are the gym think.... to tell you the truth...I was embarrassed too....but you know what changed that? When other people your size, bigger, & smaller approach you at the gym and say how impressed they are that you are there, when others that are my size and bigger SEE ME working out.... they get inspired... "if she can do it, so can I" you know what I mean?

My Father is in the hospital NOW for issues stemming from his weight.....and it is just killing me to see him like this...... just getting bigger and bigger and sicker and sicker...... I don't want to see this happen to you or anyone else.....{{hugs}}
