I don't have exactly the same problem, but I'm in a similar situation. I have lost almost 50 pounds since starting this diet early last year. That is a good thing... I was overweight. However, now that I'm at a healthy weight (about 137 lbs and 5'7") I want to be sure I don't continue dropping pounds as much as I have been. I'm considering seeing a dietitian, too, but I'm not sure if that's the best thing to do since they may not be familiar with the needs of an IBS-er.

I've just recently started adding peanut butter to my diet (I use Skippy Natural), and that has helped me a lot when I'm hungry between meals. I just get a big hunk of french bread and spread on a light amount of peanut butter. It's much more filling than just grabbing a hunk of plain bread. I think just some small things like that might help you add calories. If you can't eat any more at meals, you might try choosing higher-calorie snacks with more protein. I'll keep researching, and I'm very interested to hear anything else you learn on the topic!
