Stephie.... this trainer sounds like the ticket for ya!! I know the craziness you speak of that she is having you do.... some things they come up with just blows my mind!! LOL

I also understand about the food.... the gym I'm really working hard on, but the food is another story.... I've gone OFF the deep end way too many times..... I'll get it under control hopefully sooner then later....
