Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Crazy Workout w/Trainer

Hey guys,

So now it is three days after my last workout with my trainer (see my post on my "Apprentice Trainer") and I can say that today, I am not sore.. yesterday and the day before, though.. Yowza!

I just wanted to share that I am really enjoying going to see my trainer and she has been doing all these extra training courses and comes back with some crazy stuff!
I had to RUN LINES the other day.. and jump rope.. I haven't done that since school! But, I gotta say, my heartrate was up there the whole workout so it musta been doing it's job!
I did all kinds of exercises using tubing (example: Fixing a tube to something stationary and holding it in both hands with your arms extended out in front of you so it's tight and the tube wants to pull you towards wherever you anchored it and then doing lunges.. with your eyes closed! I nearly fell over like 4 times 'cause it is so hard to stabilize!) that were really amazing. I also did some things that struck me as odd, but boy could I feel them... Pulling my trainer across the room stepping sideways? Doing butt lifts with one foot on a bosu and the other in the air? Holy moses, it was crazy.

Just wanted to share as I haven't posted in a while and wanted to check in and say I am still working hard at the gym -- haven't been doing so well with food lately, though, and feel like I am crazy addicted to sugar. Will be starting a new healthier eating plan tomorrow and will Report In as often as I can.
