Friday Another day without bloat! and I am energetic and happy too. Exercise: 35 advanced walk on treadmill
Breakfast: 2 large packets organic oatmeal (no raisins but had to add a little honey) snacks: 2 bananas, orange, dry crispix, too many pistachios lunch: sweet potato ate nothing between lunch and dinner dinner: wok steamed salmon with teriyaki from EFI, rice, broccoli Dessert: pineapple and tea with acacia
Doing so well I am planning to keep up as much as possible with my diet. I haven't lost weight yet. Tomorrow we are visiting friends and going out and Sunday too so I will try my best.
