Didn't get to exercise today- no time. B- oatmeal snacks- banana, orange, crispix, raisins, pistachios, pear lunch- egg white tostada sort of thing dinner- leftovers from Sunday dessert- tea and a grapefruit. Cals maybe 1600 tops Weight is back to 139. Tummy- awesome, just a little gas; no pain and no bloat. I did have leftover croquettes with panko crumbs.
