Hey guys,
Had a busy weekend...my boyfriend came to visit, which was wonderful, but I had a hard time sticking to tummy-friendly things and eating regularly (which is generally my pattern when I'm with him).
Today was a bit better, but I've still got to find a way to force myself to eat a bit more during the day...
I've started experimenting with making smoothies and protein shakes in the morning or around lunch time. They're an easy, gentle way for me to get more calories and nutrients in when I don't feel like eating. Here's what I had today:
*coffee with soy milk and cinnamon
*smoothie made with vanilla soy protein powder, soy milk, organic bananas, organic straberries, almond butter and honey
*all-natural ginger cookie made with brown rice flour and crystallized ginger...mmm
*chicken breast sauteed with mayan squash and mushrooms over brown rice
