i read a post the other day about any good ideas about budakon. i did it last night...totally love it. it starts out 25 min of yoga then 25 min of martial arts and then 5 min cool down w/meditation. i did it about an hour before i went to bed. let me tell you, i slept like a baby and felt great the next day. if you want to know more info, just google budokan workout.
