Hi Everyone,
I new to this site...I've been just going around this board and I'm finding out there are a lot of runners or beginner runners. I've been running for 2 years now. I've done many 5ks and started 10ks this year and now I'm training for a 1/2 marathon in August. If anyone needs help or has questions...I can try to help or give ideas.

I quit smoking back in Oct 05 and my body went into total chaos...Well to make a long story short...Back in March my GI doc told me I had IBS and put me on Zelnorm. It actually worked and I was thanking God like no ones business. One prob wasn't fixed though and that was my stomach hurting when I ate. So, I found Heather's websit and it was a total god send. I've been following her diet for 3 weeks now and I've lost 7 lbs. I've never had a weight problem, always watched what I ate and worked out like a banchey. So when I gained 10 lbs from quit smoking and from all the bloating I completely freaked out. Now that I'm getting back to normal...I can't tell you how excited I am.

So anyway....If anyone needs work out tips or ideas if your routine gets boring...maybe I can help....I just get excited when I find people who start running and like it!!
