Oh, that sounds YUMMY..... except the eggplant (my fav ya know...NOT) lol
Food is going well... I did reduce my protien shakes to see if that was my "gas" problem...but no change so I've started increasing again.... I also just started increasing my fiber. Altoids... anywhere from 4-8 per day.... I tuck them in my cheeks so I don't chew them...they last a long time that way.
