I think it was salsa and morrocan music. Anyhow, we all had a blast (there were a lot of newbies in the class as well) and I had 45 minutes of hip shaking fun! I will become a regular in her class! It's an ab, butt and leg workout too! She tried to show us the Shakira dance but it's HARD!!! I recommend it to everyone! It was so fun. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
