luna bar
oatmeal w/protein
2 cashews & 4 raisins
small french roll
small green salad w/chicken & FF rasp ving
protein shake
4 altoids
6" tuna on white only lettuce at Subway 1/2 bag baked chips, & 1/2 bottle Poweraide
6 hershey's kissed (THAT TIME OF THE MONTH)
lots of water.....

Worked out with personal trainer 1 hour..... upper body...gave legs a rest after 5K on Sun.
