I tried the egg whites with a little curry powder & grated zucchini/carrot & fresh cilantro--absolutely outstanding!!! It totally cleared my sinuses!
I must be an oinker, because I'll usually eat 3/4 c.-1 c. of egg whites in a meal.
Hmmm...after reading about your "Lay's" addiction, I got to thinking how cool it would be to have a food dehydrator. Mmmm...very lowfat/safe zucchini chips, beet chips, taro & turnip chips & other delights.
I hit an International foods store, today, on my java mission & walk & re-stocked my spice rack. (I was out of good Chilli sauce & seaweed, lol!) I had a bizarre thought, re: tearing toasted seaweed & enhancing, bizarrely, the egg whites. Must try tomorrow.
