Shell- You can do it! I need to get back on the wagon I haven't worked out at all, but to be honest- helping someone move can be great exercise as long as you make it so and don't just do the easy jobs...

You can do it! Good luck with the veins thing! I need to get back to working out because I felt better when I was. The eating is still mostly there, because Bill helps me stick to that part as he doesn't want to see me off the IBS diet and makes me tons of homemade stuff when I don't have time. but we put the gliders in his old office and his office moved to where my exercise equipment was at home.. and I have hardly worked out at all this winter! I need to start using the gym here at work more. I can't stay tonight but I think I will tomorrow! I am going ot have to start reporting what I'm eating and more importantly my exercise on this board myself again maybe that will encourage me to actually do it! And I think I'm going ot try fitday.com again too...
