But I think your daily meals would make me sicker than a dog if I ate that way!

At least I don't think I could. I just think to follow the EFI diet, you need to buffer yourself with breads/rice/potatoes, etc. I don't think the SF veggies are enough buffer by themselves. And, so far, I think I better stick to this diet for a while longer...with hopes.

I'm not trying to offend you. I ate that way when I was anorexic....and there is no way I could go back to that without getting enough calories or getting vicious pain (or an Eating Disorder mentality again...I'm not that strong into my recovery

). Plus, I love potatoes to much!! And sandwiches...my favorite lunch!

But then again, I have read "Dangerous Grains" and this makes sense too. It said rice was the only carb that didn't cause gas.

So, this is confusing with the guidelines here. I don't know...I'm just babbling out loud now.

Like you said, it's controversial, isn't it!

I'm glad it works for you....but it would kill this girl!

Of course you must do whatever is healthiest for you!

It's the only one we get, unfortunately. I'd trade mine in for a new one in a heartbeat!
