heathers cheat sheet!

it might take a second to load but it explains which foods are safe, which ones need caution, and which ones to stay away from. whole grains is under the caution area but what type do you eat? bread/rice/pasta/crackers [?] usually everyone here will say that you can eat and IF [insoluble fiber] if you eat a sufficiant amount of SF [soluble fiber] beforehand--which i agree with. but it also depends on the person. the grain products contain more fiber but sometimes grainy foods and IF can cause more-then-you-want gas which can also cause C. explore your options w/that chart and keep the foods that agree with you! those will become your staple.

for prom/your birthday you should set a smaller goal of weightloss like 5 pounds to start. give yourself a certain date that you want to have 5 pounds gone and really work at it but dont go overboard. just exercise and eat right--lots of fruits are good for snacks! on the safe list theres mangoes/papayas and if you can tolerate, theres a whole bunch on the yellow column! after you reach your goal you can always set a new one. good luck and have fun at prom!
