Yes, I have noticed having worse IBS symptoms the day following sex. I don't know that one really has to do with the other...but yes, I have noticed it. I DO have IBS-C, but I'm not C all the time nor in pain all the time and I DO CRAVE sex!! However...I don't know what any of this has to do with "fitness" !!
