Perhaps, Julia, you might consider modifying your diet if you are having "really bad attacks lately" ?

Personally, I don't see a quantity problem. In fact all the foods you listed are quite healthy, although some sound like major attack triggers (i.e. flax bread, the high IF content of the berries, the fat content of avocado & vegan butter, hummus, split pea soup). If you're not feeling stable, your body might enjoy at the very least a modified BTC diet.
