Some days I will have a whole rash of attacks, and some days nothing at all. I can even go months at a time with no problem. IBS can sort of wax and wane with some people. It can be better/worse at different times. Sometimes it can be directly related to what you have eaten, and sometimes it seems like there's no reason at all. But once you're given an IBS diagnosis, you have it for life. If it concerns you, you should see a DOC and get to a specialist for a colonoscopy. IBS symptoms can mimic many other problems.
