So much swelling and pain saturday. B- Puffed Millet with Almond Milk, Peeled apple L- Mushroom Risotto (crimini!), rice parm, mmm Snack- 1/2 p. millet 1/2 organic frosted flakes with almond milk Snack2- Imagine Creamy Brocolli Soup! SO GOOD! D- Small baked potato, peas, green beans Argument with Boyfriend = major sugar cravings = Envirokids Rice Bar, Soy Yogurt, 1 GF cookie Cals - 1074 Still swollen at the end of the night but not as bad as I had feared..and my holiday was very pleasant. My bf's parents were super sweet and very respectful, making sure I had enough to eat that was safe and gluten free/vegetarian without making a big fuss over me.
