Food processed, it doesn't give me D, unless I O.D. on it (and I've done that!)
Actually, I think the iron constipates me a bit.
But, lately, because I cannot eat as much, LESS SPINACH and only when desired.
If I don't food process IF, it wrecks me (gas/D/cramps)and due to late trends, I need to reduce or take a hiatus as I'm trying to firm things up a tad. So, maybe I'll try to eat spinach as a "condiment," or with more SF (i.e. spinach/potatoe puree--"green potatoes," a favourite comfort food!)
